About the event

In this 6 week workshop you will work through a series of videos and worksheets that will help to identify your current relationship with food, health and wellness and create a plan that will quickly move you toward your health goals.  Achieving and maintaining a healthy weight is much easier when we reflect and uncover the disempowering ideas and limiting beliefs we may have at an unconscious level that sabotage our efforts towards a healthier lifestyle.  

Our conscious mind represents 10% of our mind while our unconscious represents 90%.  This work focuses on working with the unconscious mind through meditation, hypnosis, reflection and journaling.  We will also look at the benefits of setting very specifically structured goals to help move you towards success quicker.  This workshop also includes simple yoga routines and guided meditations to help reduce stress and move the body out of "fight or flight" and into "rest and digest" which will encourage the release of excess weight.  

We will use the tools of Evolved Neuro-Linguistic Programming to remove limiting beliefs and replace them with more useful messaging around healthy eating and exercising routines  that will move you towards your health goals.  Isn't it time you lived your best life?
